The charger uses an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor integrated directly into the Schuko plug. This sensor continuously monitors the plug temperature during charging. If the temperature reaches a critical level, the charger automatically stops charging to prevent damage or safety hazards.

Question 9

Question 13

Can 11kW charger be used single-phase with adapter?

Accepted Answer

While it is technically possible to use an 11kW charger on a single-phase connection with an adapter, we STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this practice. Using an adapter prevents reliable temperature detection at the connection point and limits fault current monitoring, creating serious safety risks.
