How to claim warranty?

For orders placed on rheidontech.com directly, the warranty will be active on the date of purchase. For orders purchased from our official Amazon store, please register with your Amazon order number claim warranty at: www.rheidontech.com

 

Rheidontech's warranty does not apply to:

• Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in GosWatt's current product literature.
• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.
