1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no extra charge at any time before the package has been shipped. Once the item has been dispatched, the standard Return Policy applies.
2. 30-Day Return Policy & Window
We proudly stand behind our products with a comprehensive 30-Day Return Policy. Our return and warranty process is structured as follows:

Within 14 Days (No Reason Return): You have the right to return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but no restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Day 15 to 30 (Extended Return for Personal Preference): If you wish to return an unused item between 15 and 30 days after delivery due to a change of mind, you may do so. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and an 8% restocking fee (calculated from the final transaction price) will be deducted from your refund.

Within 30 Days (Quality Issues): If your item has a manufacturing defect, packing error, or arrives damaged, Rheidon will provide a pre-paid shipping label and issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately.

After 30 Days (Manufacturer Warranty): Beyond 30 days from delivery, items are no longer eligible for a refund. If your unit experiences a technical fault during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective equipment at no extra cost under our standard warranty terms.
Disclaimer: We hold no liability for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, malicious damage, or improper use.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return within the 30-day window, please ensure that:

Items are unused, clean (free from dust, dirt, or fragrances), and in their original packaging.

The item is in the same condition as when you received it.

You have contacted our Customer Care team at support@rheidon.com for prior authorization and a return address.
Note: We DO NOT accept returns without prior communication.
4. Mandatory Tracking Requirement
To ensure a successful return and refund process, the return must be properly documented:

For Customer-Arranged Returns: You MUST provide a valid tracking number or a copy of the shipping label to our customer service team once the item is sent.

Right to Refuse: Rheidon reserves the right to refuse any refund request if you fail to provide a tracking number or proof of shipment.

Processing Trigger: The refund process will only officially begin after we have received and verified the tracking information or shipping label.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To complete a return, replacement, or refund request, please email support@rheidon.com with the following information:

Clear photo proof of the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received
Upon receipt, our team will review your request and reply within 24 hours.
6. Refunds & Processing Timeline

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request within 15 days.

Payment Method: Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Duration: It typically takes 3-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Please consult your bank or credit card issuer if the refund is not visible after this period.
7. Warranty
1. We provide 2 years warranty service.
2. Warranty exclusions In the following situations, the warranty is void:

The product is intentionally damaged or modified.

The product is not used in accordance with the product manual and instructions.

The product suffers damage due to accidents, floods, fires, or other natural disasters.

Issues arising from unauthorized repairs or disassembly.

The warranty period has expired.

Do not under any circumstances send your device to one of our warehouses without first making contact with us, as our Service Centres are located elsewhere. In such cases, the parcel would be returned to you at your own expense.

Inspect Upon Arrival: We strongly recommend checking your item immediately upon delivery to ensure it is in good condition and is exactly what you ordered.

Keep Packaging: Keep all original packaging until you are certain you are satisfied with the product.
