CANCELATION
You can cancel the order before we ship the package out, no extra fee.
RETURN & REFUND
Within 14 days after you received your order, you may contact us to return.
All items must be unused with original packaging intact, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, in the condition as when you received it. And before return the item, you must contact our customer service at support@rheidon.com first.
Customers cover the return shipping charges.
After we receive your return item, we will process your exchange or refund request in 15 days.
Return address: We will send you return address after communication.
(Customers must contact us first before return. We DO NOT accept return without aforehand communication)
We stand behind our line, all our products are backed by a 30-day exchange or money back guarantee (effective from the date of delivery) for MANUFACTRING DEFECT, PACKING ERROR, MISSING PARTS, MISSING IN TRANSIT, WRONG ITEM DILIVERED. For the defective or damaged product, customer must contact us first and provide photos of the defective product. We hold no liability for cases like normal use, malicious damage after delivery or damage result from improper using method.
TIPS: Before use the item, we recommend having a check to ensure the item is in good condition and is exactly what you ordered.
Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. (Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. )
If refund honored, it may take 3-7 business days to return to your payment account. Do check with your bank if not display within this period.
To complete a return/refund/replacement request, email our Customer Care team support@rheidon.com enclosed with the following:
1. Order number
2. Written details of damage
3. Photo proof which clearly show the damage/wrong item received
Upon receipt of the above, we will process your request and reply you within 24 hours.
WARRANTY
1. We provide 2 years warranty service.
2. Warranty exclusions
In the following situations, the warranty is void:
• The product is intentionally damaged or modified.
• The product is not used in accordance with the product manual and instructions.
• The product suffers damage due to accidents, floods, fires, or other natural disasters.
• Issues arising from unauthorized repairs or disassembly.
• The warranty period has expired.
3. Making warranty claims
• Have the following documents ready, as they form the basis for making claims arising from your guarantee or warranty:
• Delivery note (date of start of the warranty period)
- Invoice (proof of purchase)
- Warranty certificate with device serial number
• Please contact our Customer Service (see the section on Customer service).
• Do not under any circumstances send your device to one of our warehouses without first making contact with us, as our Service Centres are located elsewhere. In such cases, the parcel would be returned to you at your own expense.
