Warranty

The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase and is subject to legal provisions.

The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided in the form of a replacement guarantee.

During the warranty period, devices that are defective due to material or manufacturing errors will be replaced at our discretion. Customers do not need to return the defective item. Using the warranty does not extend the warranty period or activate a new warranty.

Warranty Claims

Please have the following documents on hand, as they form the basis for claims under your warranty or guarantee:

  • Invoice (proof of purchase, start of warranty period)

Contact our customer service to request the warranty at support@rheidon.com. We may ask for photos or a video of the defective product to speed up the processing of your request.

  • We may request a photo or video of the defective item to assist in processing your claim.
  • If the device is covered by warranty, you will receive a replacement device within a reasonable period of time. We will cover the shipping costs of the replacement device.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims are invalid if:

  • There are signs of incorrect or inappropriate handling, operation or transportation.
  • The product was not used in accordance with the instruction manual.
  • Accessories or replacement parts were used that were not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer.
  • The device was disconnected from the power outlet while charging.
  • Corrosion occurs on the plug contacts due to persistent moisture and/or humidity.
  • Water or other liquids entered the device through unprotected or unplugged connectors.
  • Extreme conditions (humidity, heat, power surges, flooding, lightning, fire, force majeure, etc.) outside the specifications stated in the instruction manual or on our website have affected the device.
  • Extreme or intentional forces beyond normal use conditions were applied to the device.
  • You attempted to repair the device yourself or the device was tampered with by someone other than the manufacturer.
  • The casing, plugs or cables have been opened or tampered with.
  • The warranty period has expired.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Any ordinary wear or deterioration to the housing, rubber parts, cables, cable sheaths or connectors.
  • Loss of touch protection against electric shock on Rheidon devices.

The most important improvement is that we now offer a free exchange within the warranty period, making repairs unnecessary. Please refer to this updated version for all relevant queries.
